Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the http://www.takethereinscounseling.com/ website (the "Service") operated by Take the Reins Counseling to beginning any services counseling offered, henceforth the use of "we", "us," "our" will refer to Take the Reins Counseling. The term “Service(s) will refer to “counseling”.

Refunds

Refunds are not issued once the service has been rendered.

Company Cancellations

If Take the Reins Counseling cancels a session, a full refund will be given, or you will not be charged. Chelsea Roberts reserves the right to cancel any session for any reason deemed appropriate.

BY CONSENTING FOR SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF PAYMENT METHOD, MEANS YOU AGREE TO AND WILL ADHERE TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS LISTED ON THIS WEBSITE.

We accept payments via credit card or cash at this time.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Take the Reins Counseling, and its licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.
